After a decade of being out of the music industry, I was able to sneak back in! In 2022-23, the Portland, Ore. band Veradas gave me the opportunity to flex my indie-rock roots by playing bass and backup vocals.
When I first started doing freelance, it was for local Lincoln, Nebraska musicians and artists. Within the first week of trying out and being accepted into the band, I was already optimizing the website for conversions, user experience, and general rad-ness. Plus, it feels great to bust out the dancing shoes again! Here are a couple of screenshots from the launch!
