I was lucky enough to lead the re-design of the award winning BandonDunesGolf.com!
BandonDunesGolf.com has received 5 major awards (New Media Award and 4 Silver Davey Awards). Thanks to everyone involved including Nick Martin and Erik Peterson.
Here is a tiny glimpse of the old site:
Here are some quick screen shots of the whole project.

Father’s day is around the corner… what do you plan to get your dad? How about a little Bandon Dunes to show off at home. Thanks to Golf.com for featuring my photo! 🙂
I was the lead designer on the official Punchbowl logo! The logo was inspired by a small sketch from a VIP at KS. Many golfers like to add a personal meaning to the logo. For example, it could make some think of the infinity symbol, or the PB could look like a putter-head reflected.
No matter what the logo means to you or your golf buddies, taking home a keepsake from one of the most fun places in the world for golfers will spark fond memories.
Golfers at BDGR.
Inspire amateur and retail golfers who are looking for a keepsake from their experience at The Punchbowl! What an incredible experience, both on and off the putting green! The Punchbowl is like putt-putt on true links greens but twice the size and undulation. Putts you’ve never dreamed of. Fun for all ages. Free for guests or travelers coming down the 101!
Thanks to Matt Ginella, I got some footage featured on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive.
The Bandon local community garden asked me to mock up some logos for them. Check out the logos that didn’t make it, as well as the winner below!
We added the Iowa connection as well as Airport codes! I hope I can see Sand Valley in person someday soon!
If you’re an avid golfer you’ve probably heard of a new course opening up in Wisconsin called Sand Valley. The kind folks over at KemperSports asked me to create a map that would illustrate cities in proximity to the new golf mecca of Wisconsin.
The avid golfer in the mid-west.
The map’s mission was to communicate the central location of Sand Valley to a great number of mid-western cities.
Here it is displayed in Golfweek.
Bandon Dunes: Golf’s Coastal Wonder with Links to the Past
By Will Leivenberg
“The quartet of seaside golf courses along the Pacific Coast emphasize nature and downplay artificial features, which is why you’ll see neither carts nor cart paths and not a single piece of real estate on any of the sprawling links courses. Even the snack bars are hidden behind brush and hills to keep from interrupting your experience. Any and all distractions and diversions have been stripped away.
Bandon Dunes will mesmerize you.”

“Irishman Rob Hogan shot 77 at Old Macdonald in only 39 minutes, 31 seconds Saturday. The next day he shot 79 in 41:24 at Bandon Dunes.”
